BEDROOM CONFIGURATIONS:
* Master King Bedroom with ensuite: The spacious master bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king-sized bed and features a luxurious ensuite. It offers a peaceful retreat for couples looking for privacy and relaxation as it includes a ocean-view balcony.
* Queen Bedroom with ensuite: This comfortable queen bedroom boasts its own bathroom to ensure convenience on the ground level, creating an extremely comfortable space for occupants of any age. This bedroom includes direct access to the front courtyard‘s tranquil seating area.
* Queen Bedroom: This quaint queen bedroom includes a beautiful bay window, framed by the pitched roof guarantees a fresh and light space, also including a desk for study, when required. This room is positioned next to the main bathroom, equipped with full body bath and separate shower.
*King Single Bedroom: This bedroom is the perfect space for a single including a built in desk and wardrobe. Being on the first floor, the room also has direct access to the main bathroom (mentioned above).
* Two King Single Bedroom with accompanying ensuite: The perfect kids retreat on the lower level includes two king single beds with additional king single trundles, therefore accommodating up to four guests in the one room. With the ensuite on the same level for added convenience. This grand space opens directly to the back courtyard with direct access to the pool. There is also a wide range of board / card games in the cupboard just near the door. Please feel free to enjoy during your stay.
Indoor Features:
* Air Conditioning: Rooms are air-conditioned with each bedroom and living space inclusive of an allocated control which can be adjusted to your preferred temperature. Kindly close all windows and doors when using the air conditioner. (Please note that the downstairs area (kids retreat, bathroom and laundry) is not air-conditioned).
* Entertainment: The property offers a range of entertainment options, including a 70-inch smart TV in the living room, a 50-inch smart TV in the master bedroom, and a 55-inch smart TV downstairs. This will ensure guests can unwind and enjoy all their favourite shows, movies and music during their stay.
*Gas fireplace (WINTER ONLY): Remote control is in the kitchen drawer next to the oven. For use, the switch in the middle of the PowerPoint above the appliance will need to be switched on.
*Oven/Steam oven: Entertaining is made easy with a spacious kitchen perfect for large groups. Both the instructions for the oven and steam oven can be found in the top drawer, on the right-hand side of the ovens.
*Insinkerator: Kitchen is equipped with an insinkerator in the main sink for food waste ONLY. Please ensure water is running when wastage is being discarded, I.e. the button (on the inside of the far right cupboard) has been pushed. Push to start, push to stop. DO NOT PUT YOUR HAND IN THE SINK AT ANY TIME.
*Microwave: This can be found in the tall cupboard next to the sink.
*Zip tap: The kitchen also comes with a zip tap which provides three available options: (1) Blue: filtered cold water. (2) White: sparkling water. (3) Red: boiling water. Simply tap the side button to change the colour for your desired water type. Please be aware that when the red function is selected, boiling water will be dispensed so keep your hands clear.
*Wine Fridge: The wine fridge has two distinct compartments that can be adjusted to cater for both white (top) and red (bottom) wine.
*Iron and ironing board: Both items are stored in the laundry
*Hair dryer: Available for use in the main bedroom’s ensuite.
Outdoor Amenities:
* Backyard Pool Area: The property includes a beautiful backyard pool area which provides guests with a refreshing oasis to relax and cool off in the Australian sun. The pool is ideal for both relaxation and recreation. Lighting for the pool can be found via the switches on the left wall in the lounge room, at the entrance to the balcony door.
* Balcony: The main living area opens up to a charming balcony for up to eight guests, perfect for entertaining or even an afternoon BBQ. The Weber is connected to the main’s gas. Please ensure the gas is turned off and the cover is on when the BBQ is not in use.
* Outdoor seating area: For those seeking a quiet place to read, relax or unwind, there is a shaded area, just outside the below bedroom which offers a tranquil space away from the main living area.
*Garage area is not available but there's an on-street free parking.
