For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

Sydney’s main transport hub, Central Station is within a few minute’s-walk and provides access to the rest of Sydney and New South Wales.
Getting Around:
On street metered parking or Secure Parking Car park nearby on Holt St.
The Surry Hills light rail stop is a 2-minute walk and Central Station is within 500m providing direct train access to the Airport and all transit and overground lines. The brand new Light Rail system also converges at Central providing easy access to Circular Quay, the Rocks and the Opera House and the Inner West. Bus Services also converge at Central.

If you need to use the sofa bed, please let us know upon booking as we will need organize linen for your stay. We charge 35AUD for the extra linen.
No parties allowed as need to be considerate of other residents in the building. No pets allowed.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
