Welcome to our Park City townhome retreat! Our home provides a fully furnished, high quality stay while you visit Park City any season of the year.
The home is equipped with high-end finishes and is suited for visitors who want a top rate experience while visiting Park City.
The master bedroom (top floor) includes a king bed, fireplace, and large ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom (bottom floor) includes a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The main level includes an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath in the hallway. All bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. The living room is equipped with a large, memory foam queen sofa sleeper. Blankets and pillows for the queen sleeper sofa are located in the living room bench and main floor guest bedroom closet. We also provide a deluxe queen inflatable mattress, located in the main floor bedroom closet.
We have central A/C, heating, 2 gas fireplaces, a home humidifier system (helps adjust to the dry climate), and a water softener to keep you comfortable no matter what season it is. Our modern updated kitchen will be fully loaded for your stay.
There are Smart TVs in every bedroom. We have a 2-car garage that will be available to you during your stay.
As our second home, we take high quality care of this home and have furnished it with high-end finishes. We are the owners and managers of the property. This is the only home we provide as a rental and we do not employ a property management company. As such, we do not offer discounts as we believe the quality of the home meets the premium pricing and you will appreciate your stay over competing short-term rentals that have high turnover.
