Pool is seasonal use only - MD weekend until September 15th. Enjoy a 18 X 40 salt water pool with a built-in bench located on the deep end, which measures the entire width of the pool. Should you wish to sit in the sun, high-end lounge chairs and a daybed await you. If its shade you desire , a gazebo with custom drapes and lounge style seating are at hand for your enjoyment. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern high-end appliances, marble countertops and an oversized island with seating for five. Straight off the kitchen is a dinning table with seating for six. Custom shake maple cabinets finished in a classic white complete this dream kitchen.

A full marble bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor. The side entrance leads to a large mudroom which provides ample storage and easy access to the garage. Inside the garage you will find an additional refrigerator. Feel free to use the bikes to take a ride to the Peconic Bay and enjoy the stunning sunset, only five minutes by bike. Beach chairs, umbrella and coolers are available for your convenience when visiting the several gorgeous beaches of Southampton. Do not forget to visit one of the top rated beaches in America, Coopers Beach. Pool and beach towels can be found in the mudroom. This home is surrounded by some of the most prestigious golf courses in the county. Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, Southampton Golf Club, Sebonac Golf Club and National Golf Links.
