The flat is inside an elegant residence, ex Grand Hotel Excelsior ****. The building is Liberty style, first 900. From park you can see the amazing Levanto's gulf. The beautiful garden tipical English, is tapastried with roses, oleanders, palms, and the Liguria's tipical vegetation. The flat is situated at the second floor(with a lift),directed to N.W.with view on the garden,no view of the sea, no balcony. The use of swimming pool is conditioned by the anti- covid regulations.The flat is composed with living- room with two divan-bed and american kitchen, one double bed-room and bath room with shower fully renovated. The location of the apartment opposite to the facade offers a stay in a noiseless and quiet place undisturbed by the noise of the road. You can reach the beach and the center of town following a foot path down to 400 meters interspersed with steps. (ONLY A STRETCH OF 100 METERS IS INTERSPERSED WITH STEPS.).
Wi-fi is not available. In garden, picnic is not allowed, the pool is open from June to September.
If you like you can visit Cinque Terre (8km)by train, Portofino (65 Km.)by car, and Portovenere (44 Km.) by car.
Upon arrival, the identity documents of all guests will be requested, for the registration of attendance and the tourist tax in the amount of € 1 per day (maximum 3 days) for each member of the family over the age of 14, children under 14 are exempt.
