➡ Violations (of any rule above) may result in termination of your stay and an additional fee equal to the full booking cost.
🔹 The booking guest must be present for the entire stay (ask about exceptions) and is responsible for everyone present.
2️⃣ Noise Courtesy
🔹 Remove shoes indoors (slippers welcome!).
🔹 Keep TV volume below 60 — or below 40 during quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM).
🔹 Avoid yelling, running, or loud music.
🔹 Normal conversation is fine — just keep it neighbor-friendly.
3️⃣ Smoking Policy
➡ Smoking or vaping is permitted only on your private 3rd-floor balcony.
➡ No smoking/vaping indoors or in shared spaces, including the parking lot, driveway, yard, porch, stairwell, and foyer.
➡ $500 fine per violation, per smoker, per day.
4️⃣ Care for Furnishings
🔹 Clean up spills immediately using towels and soap/water (or pet spray if needed).
🔹 Notify us right away if anything is damaged or stained.
🔹 Please treat the space gently — we love our furnishings, and some are custom or high-value.
5️⃣ 🐾 Pet Policy (if applicable)
Fees:
🔹 $25/day per pet, $100 minimum (you may have already paid this at booking).
🔹 Additional pets: $25/day each, $50 minimum.
🔹 Unpaid fees double if not paid before arrival.
Pets must:
➡ Stay off furniture and beds.
➡ Be crated if left alone indoors.
➡ Stay leashed (or carried) outdoors.
➡ Not bark excessively (>$100/day fine).
➡ Be flea- and tick-treated.
➡ Not trespass on school grounds or neighbors’ property.
You agree to cover:
