Relax in this lake view 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at the 9-mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks. Perfect for families or couples, it features a full kitchen, comfortable living space, and a quiet scenic setting. Guests enjoy access to two pools and two hot tubs, making it easy to unwind after a day on the lake.

Great little complex, family and adult friendly. Quiet and peaceful, with great views. Located centrally for easy access to and from popular spots like The Horny Toad, Shady Gators, and Lazy Gators. Shopping, grocery stores, and all essential amenities are less than 10 minutes away.
Both pools/hot tubs are available for guests to use as well as work out areas, group meeting hall, tennis courts, walking/running trails.
Pools are seasonal
Located at the 9MM our pools have one of the best views on the lake.
There are two pools on site as well as tennis courts and a swim area in the lake where you can launch paddle boards or kayaks.
Boat launch located across the street. (fee required to launch).
Prior to your stay, you will be required to complete our Pre-Arrival Form, and sign and agree to our Rental Conditions.
Fees and Charges-
• A non-refundable cleaning fee applies to every reservation; this covers standard turnover cleaning between guests and is not a deposit.
• A non-refundable pet fee of $99 per stay applies when guests bring pets (limit 2). Guests must select the pet option during the booking process to disclose a pet. Failure to disclose a pet will result in an additional $99 fine.
