24 Baynard Cove Road is a perfect location for Hilton Head rentals in Sea Pines. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath, single level home is on a quiet street just a 7 minute walk to the beach. The very private backyard has a swimming pool and a free standing hot tub, all surrounded by greenery. There is even a small grassy area where the children can play.
You enter the home through double doors into a welcoming foyer with skylights. Straight ahead is an extremely attractive living room with more skylights, vaulted ceilings and crown molding. The living room has plenty of seating, 65" Roku TV, a work desk and sliding glass doors that open onto the backyard pool area. Just off to the right of the living room is the dining room and kitchen, all with beautiful wood floors. The dining room has a large wood table that seats eight and the updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a center island. It also has an additional eat-in area that seats four. A separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located off of the kitchen.
To the left of the entrance are 3 bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, 36" Roku TV and a private bathroom with shower only. Down the hallway, two more bedrooms are located. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, 30" Roku TV, a sliding door to the back yard and a private bath with shower only. At the end of the hall is the large master bedroom with a king bed, 44" Roku TV, sliding doors with access to the backyard and a spacious private bath. This bathroom has a unique curved wall, separate shower, tub and double sinks.
The fourth bedroom is on the right side of the living room, with two access doorways. One is located off of the living room and the other opens onto the kitchen. This bedroom has a queen bed, 24" Roku TV, sliding doors with access to the backyard and a private bath with the standard shower/tub combination.
