The accommodation

Entering the house we find a hallway that leads us to the living room. We find on the left the kitchen corner, very functional and complete with everything you need: dishes, plates, glasses, fridge, comfortable table for lunch, dinner or breakfast. A pleasant window overlooking the perimeter balcony fills the entire environment with light. The living room has a sofa that offers two single beds when open, and a TV corner. There is also a play corner for children. The apartment has a full bathroom.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with window and balcony with sea view. The wardrobes and drawers are tasteful and very functional. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the room can accommodate a cot if necessary. Adjacent is the bedroom with two single beds.
The house is cool and ventilated and does not need air conditioning.

Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13. 300 at the Sperlonga Nautical Charter. Here after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents, you will be given the instructions to reach the Residence where you will be given information on behavior and apartment keys. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price as well as linen for both bathroom and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days weekly linen change is included in the price.

House Rules
The check-in time is fixed from 15:00 to 20:00 but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival, you can safely enter already from 12:00. After these times, a supplement for extra check-in of € 30.00 will be applied.

Our house is well cared for and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of close people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be requested but a credit card data will be requested (no prepaid). Damages caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Our furry 4-legged friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution of 20 € per night will be requested up to a maximum of 100 € per animal depending on the relative extra cleaning. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Only small pets are accepted.
