The huge pool is refreshing in the summer months and solar heated in the cooler months. Enjoy eating on the lanai as it has a large dining table and built in gas grill for all your cooking and dining needs.
Inside you will find a clean, well laid out home. The large kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook and bake the perfect meal for family and friends, to include a mixer, blender, coffee maker, and a large pantry and large refrigerator for groceries. There are plenty of dishes, cookware and tableware to serve everyone. The kitchen breakfast nook/island has a lovely view of the water and seats four and two stools at the breakfast bar.
The living room has floor to ceiling sliding doors so you can enjoy the peaceful water view all day long. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with comfortable furniture and adjustable reclining chair, so sit back and enjoy your favorate show, sporting event or movie on the a flat screen TV. There is plenty of space for the whole family. Make yourself at home and sit back, relax and enjoy your favorite movie or sporting event. The spacious dining room seats eight if you prefer a more formal dining experience.
The master suite is equipped with a king-sized bed with adjustable Tempurpedic mattresses that will provide a delightful sleep! Watch your favorite shows in bed on the 75" HDTV. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower, garden tub, his and hers walk-in closets and two sinks.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 40" HDTV and computer desk if you need a quiet place to work and you will have a nice view of the water. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed, Of course, there is also an HDTV in this room. The indoor laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, so you won’t have to worry about doing laundry when you get home.

There are miles of trails for running, walking and biking in Palm Coast, St. Joe's Walkway being the closest, just outside the neighborhood.
Nature lovers will want to explore Washington Oaks Gardens State Park which boasts gardens on the Intracoastal side and a public beach on the Atlantic. Faver-Dyke State Park is home to eagles, egrets, river otters, and deer. You can rent canoes at the Pellicer Creek canoe trail and explore the marshes. Get up close to real dolphins at Marineland!
