The property lies at 1 km from the village of Lubriano, 6 kms from Bagnoregio and 7 km from the well known Civita di Bagnoregio. The well known/touristic city of Orvieto is at 17 Kms and the nice lake of Bolsena is at 14 kms. From the trainstation of Orvieto Scalo you can easily visit Rome and Florence, the trip is of around 1h30 and 2 hours. The nearest shops (two small supermarket, butcher and a couple of other one) are in the village of Lubriano at 1 km, more shops are available in the town of Bagnoregio (5km) . There is a big supermarket close to the highway exit at Orvieto, this is open all the days (also on Sunday) until 20h. There are 4 restaurants in Lubriano at walking distance from the house (Il vecchio mulino, Il frantoio di Lubriano, Il cervo scarlatto, L'Orchidea, E poi boh). Other restaurants we suggest: Il bosco del pesce, Il conte, Fuorimano, Il boccone del prete (close to Porano, very characteristic in a cave). Nearest golf courses: Acquapendente Golf Club at 15 Kms, the Golf Club Nazionale Resort is 70 Kms far away. The entire property is for private use of the tenant (home, garden and swimming pool are not shared with other persons). The pool is 5x9 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters and features roman stairs. Between the pool and the house there is a terrace with sun umbrella, tables and chairs. The small building below the terrace has a changing room and bathroom (toilet / shower). There is also a stone oven / barbecue. On the other side of the house is a gazebo with garden furniture (4 seats). The house is suitable for 7 persons + 2 babies. There are two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. It is possible to add an extra bed in the last room. 2 baby cots available on demand. The rooms are all on the 1st floor of the building. On the ground floor is a garage (on request can be made this available to the tenant). The home has also kitchen (with table for 4), living / dining room with table for 6/8 and sofa with 3 seats, bathroom with tub / toilet. The property has all the most common household appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, Wi-fi internet connection, oven, toaster, coffee maker, two hair dryers.
